Create a OpenSees element.

eleType (str)

element type

eleTag (int)

element tag.

eleNodes (list (int))

a list of element nodes, must be preceded with *.

eleArgs (list)

a list of element arguments, must be preceded with *.

For example,

eleNodes = [iNode, jNode]
